Cookie Policy

Last updatedOctober 21, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Mavi Digital Solutions LLC uses cookies and similar storage or access technologies on MyLoveStyle, http://mylovestyle.com, our quizzes, account features, checkout, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). It should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

1. What These Technologies Are

Cookies are small files or values stored by a website or browser on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, scripts, and device or browser identifiers. These technologies can remember information, maintain a session, recognize a browser or device, or report interactions with the Service.

Some technologies are set directly by us. Others may be set or accessed by service providers that support authentication, infrastructure, payments, security, communications, analytics, advertising measurement, or other features.

2. How We Use These Technologies

We use these technologies to authenticate users, protect accounts, remember preferences, maintain quiz and checkout continuity, attribute visits and purchases, measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases, keep experiment assignments consistent, understand and improve product flows, prevent fraud, and provide payment features.

Technology identifiers may change as the Service evolves. Instead of listing every technical name, this policy describes the categories, information, purposes, parties, and maximum or typical durations that apply. We will update this policy and request fresh consent where required before introducing a materially different optional purpose.

3. Essential And Security Technologies

These technologies support functions necessary to provide a feature you request or to secure the Service. They may be used to:

  • authenticate users and maintain account sessions;
  • prevent cross-site request forgery, unauthorized access, fraud, and payment abuse;
  • route requests, maintain availability, and protect infrastructure;
  • preserve a checkout or payment-authentication flow.

They may process session and account identifiers, security tokens, request information, payment-flow state, IP address, and device or browser information. They are generally first-party or provided by our authentication, infrastructure, security, or payment providers. Most expire when the browser session or requested flow ends, although account-security and fraud-prevention records may persist for longer where needed.

Blocking these technologies in your browser may prevent requested features from working.

4. Functional And Service-Continuity Technologies

These technologies remember choices or information needed to continue a feature across pages or visits. They may be used to:

  • remember theme, display, sound, and other interface preferences;
  • retain temporary quiz progress, answers, or selected product context;
  • continue an email-based funnel or account flow;
  • remember whether a post-purchase feature or offer has been shown; and
  • maintain consistent feature configuration.

They may process preferences, email address, quiz context, product state, and related identifiers. Depending on the feature, they last for the browser session, up to seven days, up to 24 months, or until you clear persistent local preferences. Where these technologies are not strictly necessary, we treat them as optional where applicable law requires consent.

5. Measurement And Experimentation Technologies

We use first-party measurement and experimentation technologies to understand how the Service is used and to keep assigned experiences consistent. They may process a pseudonymous visitor or session identifier, experiment and variant assignments, timestamps, pages or features used, browser or device information, referrer, and IP-derived country, region, city, postal code, timezone, or approximate coordinates.

These technologies help us diagnose problems, evaluate usability, measure product flows, and avoid showing inconsistent experiment variants. Persistent identifiers and experiment assignments may last for up to 24 months. Session and geolocation context generally expires when the browser session ends. Where required by law, these technologies are optional and require consent unless a specific use is strictly necessary for a feature you request.

We also use these third-party measurement tools:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) uses cookies with a pseudonymous analytics identifier and the current analytics session to measure visits, pages, quiz progress, checkout steps, and purchases. They last for up to 24 months. Google signals and Google's ad-personalization signals are turned off.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) uses first- and third-party cookies to capture how you use and interact with the Service through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, which we use to find and fix problems and improve the Service. Recordings are linked to our pseudonymous visitor, session, and account identifiers. These cookies last from one day to one year. Clarity's advertising storage is turned off.

You can stop Google Analytics in your browser with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Microsoft Privacy Statement for how Google and Microsoft use this information.

6. Attribution Technologies

Attribution technologies help us understand how a visitor reached the Service and associate a purchase or product flow with a campaign or referral. They may process landing page, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, capture time, and a pseudonymous visitor or session identifier.

Attribution information may remain on the device for up to 24 months.

Google Ads conversion measurement. When you reach the Service from one of our Google ads, Google cookies remember the ad click for up to 90 days, so that a resulting sign-up or purchase, with its amount, can be reported to Google to measure our ads. Ad personalization is turned off for this information, so it is not used to personalize ads or for remarketing.

We do not currently use third-party behavioral advertising cookies or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Payment And Security Technologies

payment processor and other payment or fraud-prevention providers may set or access cookies and similar technologies during checkout, payment authentication, fraud checks, subscription management, and dispute prevention. These providers may process payment-flow identifiers, device and browser information, IP address, risk signals, and authentication results.

Some payment technologies are necessary to complete a transaction securely. The provider controls its own technology names and, where acting independently, its retention practices. Review the payment provider's privacy and cookie information for additional details.

8. Local Storage And Session Storage

The Service uses browser local storage and session storage as well as cookies. Local storage may retain interface preferences until you clear them. Session storage may temporarily retain quiz progress, answers, navigation state, or checkout context until the browser tab or session ends. The same consent rules apply when these technologies are used for a purpose that is not strictly necessary.

This Cookie Policy provides information but does not itself record consent. Where required, we may provide a cookie preference control that allows optional categories to be accepted or rejected without preventing access to features that do not require them.

10. Your Choices

You can control storage technologies through your browser or device settings. Deleting a technology does not necessarily delete related information already stored in our systems; privacy requests are described in our Privacy Policy.

Blocking or deleting essential technologies may affect authentication, security, checkout, account access, saved preferences, quiz continuity, or other Service features.

10.1. Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to view, block, delete, or limit cookies and site storage. The available controls and their effect depend on your browser and device. You may also clear local storage and session storage through browser settings or developer tools. Blocking analytics or advertising-measurement cookies does not affect the features of the Service.

Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to those signals. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, a Global Privacy Control signal does not change our current practices. We will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals if our practices change in a way that requires it.

11. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technologies, providers, purposes, durations, or legal obligations. We will publish the updated version and effective date. Where required, we will request fresh consent before using an optional technology for a materially different purpose. Older versions may be retained for historical and consent records.
