This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Service. It does not govern a third party's independent processing through a separate website, service, or account.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on the features you use and how you interact with the Service.

2.1. Account and Contact Information

We collect information such as your name, email address, password hash, authentication and password-reset records, account identifiers, communication preferences, and information you provide in support, refund, cancellation, privacy, feedback, or other requests.

2.2. Product Information

We collect quiz and test answers, gender or profile selections where provided, relationship and self-reflection information, results, reports, summaries, course and challenge progress, guide progress, product selections, entitlements, and related activity. When you use AI Chat or AI-assisted features, we also collect your messages, chat history, generated responses, the assistant you selected, and usage information. Depending on what you choose to provide, this information may reveal sensitive details about you or another person. Do not submit sensitive information or information about another person unless you have the right to do so.

2.3. Payment, Subscription, And Transaction Information

Payments are processed by payment processor. We receive and store payment-related identifiers and records such as customer, payment, invoice, checkout, subscription, charge, refund, and dispute identifiers; purchased products; amounts; taxes; discounts; currency; billing interval; subscription status; and transaction dates. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

2.4. Device, Network, Location, And Usage Information

We collect information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, user agent, locale, referrer, pages and features used, session and visitor identifiers, timestamps, security events, and diagnostic information. We may derive country, region, city, postal code, timezone, or approximate coordinates from your IP address or infrastructure provider. Through the analytics tools described in Cookies and Similar Technologies, we also collect how you move through pages, such as clicks, taps, and scrolling, including recordings of these page interactions.

2.5. Attribution And Experiment Information

We may collect landing page, campaign and referral information, UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, analytics identifiers set by Google Analytics, experiment assignments, and interactions used to understand acquisition, maintain a consistent experience, evaluate product flows, and attribute purchases.

We retain records of transactional and service communications, delivery status, support interactions, accepted legal documents, checkout disclosures, consent status, IP address, user agent, product context, and timestamps where needed to document requests, purchases, notices, and consent.

3. Sources Of Information

We collect personal information:

  • directly from you when you create an account, complete a quiz, use AI features, make a purchase, or contact us;
  • automatically from your browser, device, cookies, local storage, session storage, server logs, and interactions with the Service;
  • from payment processors when they report payment, subscription, refund, fraud, or dispute events;
  • from infrastructure, authentication, email, security, and other service providers; and
  • from referral links, campaign parameters, and advertising platforms when those identifiers are included in a link you use.

For more information about device storage and similar technologies, see our Cookie Policy.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, personalize, and maintain the Service;
  • create accounts, authenticate users, and secure credentials;
  • process quizzes, tests, reports, courses, challenges, guides, and AI-assisted features;
  • process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes;
  • deliver transactional, account, billing, security, support, and legal communications;
  • respond to questions, complaints, and privacy requests;
  • prevent fraud, misuse, chargeback abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
  • debug, measure, and improve reliability, usability, content, and product flows;
  • maintain experiment consistency and understand campaign or purchase attribution;
  • measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases;
  • enforce our Terms and Conditions, protect rights and safety, and establish or defend legal claims; and
  • comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, privacy, and other legal obligations.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Contract: processing needed to create your account, provide requested features, deliver purchases, administer subscriptions, and provide support.
  • Legitimate interests: operating and improving the Service, securing accounts, preventing fraud, understanding service performance, maintaining experiment consistency, handling disputes, and protecting our users and business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation: processing needed for tax, accounting, payment, consumer-protection, law-enforcement, and regulatory requirements.
  • Consent: processing optional technologies, marketing communications, or other information where we specifically ask for consent. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already performed lawfully.

Where we ask you to provide information needed to enter into or perform a contract, failing to provide it may prevent us from creating an account, completing a purchase, or supplying a requested feature.

6. AI Processing And Automated Decisions

AI prompts, messages, relevant feature context, and a pseudonymous account identifier may be sent to AI service providers, including OpenAI, to generate responses and operate safety, abuse-prevention, and usage controls. We may store prompts and responses as part of your chat history and account records.

AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not used by us to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. More information about acceptable use and the limits of AI-assisted content appears in our Terms and Conditions.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • hosting, database, network, infrastructure, and security providers;
  • authentication and account-service providers;
  • AI service providers that process prompts and generate responses;
  • payment processor and payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and dispute-service providers;
  • email, communications, and customer-support providers;
  • analytics, advertising-measurement, attribution, and product-experiment service providers, currently Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity), as described in Cookies and Similar Technologies;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and financing parties subject to appropriate duties;
  • government authorities, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law; and
  • an acquirer, successor, or relevant counterparty in a merger, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, asset sale, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

Service providers may process personal information only for the services they provide to us or as otherwise permitted by their contracts and applicable law.

8. Sale, Sharing, And Targeted Advertising

We do not currently sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration. We also do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not currently process personal information for targeted advertising as defined by other applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

We may use first-party campaign attribution and experiment information, and the analytics and advertising-measurement tools described in Cookies and Similar Technologies, to understand how users reach and interact with the Service and whether our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. We configure these tools so that this information is not used to personalize ads or for remarketing. Disclosures to service providers for security, payments, infrastructure, communications, and other business purposes are not treated as a sale when the provider is contractually restricted as required by law.

We do not offer a financial incentive in exchange for personal information.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, checkout and funnel continuity, attribution, experimentation, analytics, advertising measurement, and service improvement. See our Cookie Policy for categories, purposes, typical durations, and available controls.

We use these third-party analytics and advertising-measurement tools:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures visits, pages, quiz progress, checkout steps, purchases, and refunds. It receives a pseudonymous analytics identifier, the pages and events of your visit, purchase amounts and products, campaign information, and browser and device information. Google signals and Google's ad-personalization signals are turned off.
  • Google Ads conversion measurement (Google LLC) tells Google when a visit from one of our ads leads to a sign-up or a purchase, with the purchase amount, so we can measure our ads. Ad personalization is turned off for this information.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) captures how you use and interact with the Service through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, which we use to find and fix problems and to improve the Service. Recordings are linked to our pseudonymous visitor, session, and account identifiers. Clarity's advertising storage is turned off.

To learn how Google uses this information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can stop Google Analytics in your browser with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

10. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism, such as standard contractual clauses, an adequacy decision or framework, or another lawful safeguard. You may contact us for information about the safeguard relevant to your information.

11. How Long We Retain Information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

  • account, quiz, course, challenge, guide, chat, and product records while your account is active or the information is needed to provide the Service;
  • payment, subscription, refund, tax, accounting, and legal consent records for periods required by law and reasonably needed for audits, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal claims;
  • support, cancellation, refund, and privacy-request records until the matter is resolved and for a reasonable period needed to document the response;
  • authentication, security, and technical records for the period needed to secure the Service, investigate incidents, and maintain system integrity; and
  • cookies and device-storage information for the periods described in our Cookie Policy.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, subject to backup cycles, legal holds, security needs, and other lawful exceptions. Retention may vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the risk of harm, the purpose of processing, and applicable legal requirements.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • know whether we process your personal information and access or obtain a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete personal information;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • opt out of a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling;
  • limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
  • receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right; and
  • appeal our refusal of a request where applicable law provides an appeal right.

To exercise a privacy right, contact us at support@mylovestyle.com or +1 (307) 368-8118 and describe your request. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, authority, account, and jurisdiction. We will use verification information only to process the request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny an appeal, our response will explain any additional complaint options required by law. Certain information may be exempt from a request, including information retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction completion, tax, legal compliance, or legal claims.

12.1. EEA And UK Rights

EEA and UK users may also complain to the data-protection authority in the country where they live or work or where an alleged violation occurred. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and we will stop unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds or need the information for legal claims.

12.2. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

In the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information we may have collected include identifiers; customer-record and contact information; commercial, subscription, and transaction information; internet or electronic activity; geolocation information; inferences such as quiz results and preferences; account credentials; and sensitive information you voluntarily include in relationship, quiz, chat, or support content. The sources, purposes, and disclosure categories are described above.

We may have disclosed each applicable category to service providers for the business purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We have not sold or shared those categories for cross-context behavioral advertising during that period. We use sensitive personal information only to provide requested features, secure the Service, process payments, prevent fraud, and for other purposes permitted without a right to limit under applicable law.

Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to those signals. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, a Global Privacy Control signal does not change our current practices. We will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals if our practices change in a way that requires it.

13. Communication Choices

You may opt out of marketing messages by using the unsubscribe method in the message. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional, account, billing, security, support, or legal communications needed to provide the Service or administer your relationship with us.

14. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission, storage system, or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

15. Children

The Service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly offer the Service to minors or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for their independent processing.

17. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, Service, or legal obligations. We will publish the updated version and effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a materially different use of previously collected information. Older versions may be retained for historical, consent, billing, dispute, and compliance records.
