Before You Delete Your Account

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription unless the cancellation flow is completed. If you have a paid subscription, use the cancel subscription page first or contact support for help.

Request Account Deletion

To request deletion, contact support from the email address connected to your account. Include that you want to delete your account and whether you also need help checking subscription status.

What Happens Next

Support may ask for information needed to verify the request and protect the account. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing reasons.
