The billing name on your card or bank statement may differ from the product name.
What To Check
- Confirm the account email connected to the payment.
- Compare the charge date and amount with your receipt.
- Check whether a subscription renewal date recently passed.
- Review whether someone with access to the account started a paid workflow.
